Funnel Cake

1 C. Flour
3/4 C. Milk
1 tsp. Baking Pwd.
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Egg

Mix all ingredients together until smooth, no lumps. Fry in a Vegetable oil until lighlty brown.
Cover with Powdered sugar.

Puffed Oven-baked Pancakes

1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 Egg
1/4 C. Milk
1/4 C. Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt

Above Ingredients are calculated per person!

Pre-heat oven to 475

Mix in blender all ingredients (except butter)

Add Butter to baking pan and melt in the oven, DO NOT burn.
Take pan out and pour in mixture.

Bake about 12 minutes.
Serve at once

Taquilaberries Loft Salad Dressing

1 C. Mayo
1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C. Sugar

1/2 C. Cauliflower bits
Bacon Bits

Mix first 3 ingredients. If too thick, add a little milk.

Add Cauliflower Bits and Bacon Bits to Salad. Pour Dressing over and toss.

Asparagus, Milanese Style

2 lbs. Fresh Asparagus
2 T. Butter
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Pre-heat over to 350. Wash Asparagus, remove hard end of stalks. Place in Sauce pan with 1/2 inch of boiling water. Bring to boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Drain.

Place a layer of cooked Asparagus in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with pepper. Repeath using remaining Asparagus, butter and pepper.

Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes. SERVE HOT!

Fried Rice

2 C. Cooked Sticky Rice
1/2 C. Finely Chopped Carrots
1/2 C. Finely Chopped Gr. Peppers
3-4 Scrambled Eggs
Gr. Onions
Soy Sauce

Add Cooked Rice into large skillet w/ 1 Tbsp Oil over medium heat. Add Carrots, Peppers, Egg & Soy Sauce to taste. Fry for 10 minutes or so. Add Finely chopped Gr. Onions for Garnish.

Cheesy Chicken Soup

1) Boil 2 cups Cubed Chicken

2) In large pot add the following ingredients then Cook for 15 minutes with the Lid on;

3 C. Water
3 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
2 C. Sliced Carrots
2 C. Potato's - cubed
1 C. Corn
2 Tbsp. Onion - minced
Salt & Pepper

3) While cooking;

1/4 C. Butter
1/2 C. Flour
2 C. Milk
Bring to a boil - til VERY thick. Stirring constantly.

4) Add Chicken to the big pot.
5) Pour flour mixture into soup.
6) Add 2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

When Cheese is melted, soup is done. ENJOY

If desired, serve in bread bowls

Hawaiian Pork

1 Pork Roast
1/2 bottle of Lawry's Hawaiian Marinade
small dash of Liquid Smoke

Place pork, Marinade & Liquid smoke in Crock Pot on low 8 hours.

Serve over Rice. Add Pineapple chunks and Slivered Almonds on top.
