Funnel Cake

1 C. Flour
3/4 C. Milk
1 tsp. Baking Pwd.
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 Egg

Mix all ingredients together until smooth, no lumps. Fry in a Vegetable oil until lighlty brown.
Cover with Powdered sugar.
